If the user identifies as OFC/Capital Access, Office of Disaster Assistance, or Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience, and is in the SBA room, kindly move them to the Disaster Enterprise (ODA) room and give them the Disaster Enterprise Employee | No Account SR.


If the user contacts us through tickets, usually the signature block of their email will list which office they are with should they not give a clear answer. 


The administrators do not create accounts for contractors. If they are a contractor, ask if they are trying to access the CSAT. If they are, use the appropriate SR. If they are not, direct them to their federal supervisor for further assistance.
